Greggs Community Action Team Make
£800 Donation To Radio Warneford

Radio Warneford, the hospital broadcasting service based at Warwick Hospital, is to receive a donation of £800 from the Birmingham-based Midlands Region Community Action Team at Greggs, the bakers.

The Community Action Team, part of Greggs Trust, help causes across the region that will have a direct benefit to the public. The donation to Radio Warneford will enable the station to connect it's studio output to the new Patient Power communication, information and entertainment system currently being installed beside every bed at Warwick Hospital.

Karen Twaites, Shirley Gerdes and Toni Carlin from the Community Action Team will be presenting a cheque to Radio Warneford's chairman, Keith Black, at the Warwick Hospital studio complex on Tuesday 14 December at 7.00pm, before meeting members of the Management Committee.
